- This website is for information. Nothing on it is an offer of insurance or a binding quote.
- No coverage is bound, changed, or cancelled through this site or by voicemail. Coverage is bound only when we confirm it and payment has been made.
- Premium figures and calculator results are estimates. Final terms come from the carrier in writing.
- Ordinary email is not secure. Do not send us confidential material that way.
- New York law governs these terms.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using bfbond.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update them from time to time, and using the site after we do means you accept the current version.
What this site is
BF Bond is the trade name of Bernard Fleischer & Sons Inc., a licensed insurance and surety bond agency at 29 Broadway, Suite 1511, New York, NY 10006.
This site describes, in general terms, the surety bonds and related coverages we place through the insurers we represent. Those descriptions are general information. They are not an insurance policy, not a contract of insurance, and not a complete statement of the terms, exclusions, and conditions that apply to any product. Each insurer’s coverage differs. For complete details and important exclusions, read the policy or bond itself.
No offer or binding quote
Notwithstanding any language to the contrary, nothing on this website constitutes or is intended to constitute an offer, inducement, promise, or contract of any kind.
Premium indications, rate examples, and the results returned by any calculator on this site are estimates based on the information entered. They are not quotes and they do not bind any insurer. Final terms, rates, and eligibility come from the carrier in writing after underwriting.
Coverage cannot be bound through this website
No coverage can be bound, altered, or cancelled through this website, by voicemail, or through an answering service. To bind or change coverage, call us at (800) 921-1008 or confirm it in writing with your agent. Coverage is bound only when we confirm it and the required payment has been made, and it exists only once a carrier has issued it in writing.
Applications you submit
When you submit an application or a quote request through this site, you confirm that:
- The information you give is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- You are authorized to submit it, including on behalf of any business, estate, or other party you name.
- You are entitled to share any documents you send us, and sending them does not breach an obligation you owe to anyone else.
- We may forward it to one or more surety carriers so that they can evaluate it.
- Submitting it does not obligate us to place the bond, and does not obligate any carrier to issue it.
Surety bonds are issued in reliance on what you tell us. A material misstatement or omission can result in a bond being declined, rescinded, or voided, and can expose you to liability to the surety.
If we send you a link to upload documents, it is meant for you alone. The link is time-limited and it is the only thing protecting that request, so please do not forward it or post it anywhere. Anyone who has it can add documents to your file, although they cannot open anything already sent. If you think it has reached the wrong person, call us on (800) 921-1008 and we will withdraw it and issue a new one.

Where we are licensed
Bernard Fleischer & Sons Inc. is licensed in the United States and does not solicit business for persons or property outside the United States. The coverages and issues discussed on this site relate to the United States and may not apply elsewhere. Not every bond described here is available in every state, and availability depends on the carrier and the obligee.
Accuracy and warranties
We work to keep this site accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all of it is correct at all times. The material here may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, and we assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in it.
The site and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement of third-party rights, and freedom from computer virus.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither Bernard Fleischer & Sons Inc. nor its agents or employees will be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising in connection with this site, its use, or the inability to use it by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, or line or system failure, even if we or our representatives have been advised that such damages, losses, or expenses were possible.

Email is not secure
Information transmitted by email over the internet is not secure and can be intercepted and read by other internet users. Do not use email to send Bernard Fleischer & Sons Inc. private or confidential data about yourself or others. We will not use email to send responses that contain private or confidential data about an individual. Use the encrypted forms on this site, or call us at (800) 921-1008.
Acceptable use

- Submit information you know to be false or misleading.
