Probate Bond

A probate bond is a generic term for a bond required by a probate court to protect the administration of a will, estate, or guardianship. Probate bonds also go by an administrator bond, a custodian bond, a guardianship bond, an estate bond, an executor bond, etc.

 

The bond amount will always be determined by the court and stated in the "Order for Probate."
