NYC Home Improvement License Bond

In New York City, a person or business that is engaged in the improvement or construction, repair, remodeling, or addition to any land or building used as a residence must file for a Home Improvement Contractor License with the NYC DCA.  Currently, you cannot work as a NYC Home Improvement Contractor until you obtain you NYC Home Improvement Contractor License.
